We are currently seeking experienced Prep Cooks to join our team at the Pinole location. Job Requirements

  • availability to work weekends and nights
  • ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment
  • physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
  • basic culinary knowledge
  • food handler's permit or certification is preferred

Job Qualifications

  • previous experience as a prep cook or similar role
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

  • ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately

Job Duties

  • setting up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
  • preparing food for service such as chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces
  • cooking menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
