Job Duties
- Station ready to work at scheduled time and proper uniform
- Maintain brisk and steady pace, organized work without unnecessary steps
- Ensure 100 percent recipe knowledge when prepping or assisting production
- Use scales, measuring spoons, recipe cards for portion control and perform portion tests
- Maintain kitchen and equipment cleanliness to a like new condition
- Complete assigned tasks productively within specific time periods
- Stock supplies before rush periods
- Practice teamwork and effective communication
