- Experience as a prep cook or similar role in a scratch kitchen
- Knowledge of health and safety rules in a kitchen
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills

- Reliable and punctual

Job Duties
- Prepare food items for cooking such as chopping vegetables preparing sauces and marinating meats
- Assemble dishes for cooking such as measuring and mixing ingredients
- Follow recipes and guidelines provided by the Head Chef
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Restock ingredients and supplies as needed
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff members to ensure timely and efficient service
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
