Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food preparation or kitchen environment preferred
- ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen setting
- strong organizational skills
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- basic understanding of kitchen safety and sanitation standards
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights

Job Duties
- cook and prepare a variety of food products including meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, sauces, stocks, breads, and other food products using a variety of equipment and utensils according to the Daily Prep List
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the prep area
- ensure all food preparation meets safety and quality standards
- assist in inventory management and restocking supplies
- follow all health and safety regulations
- collaborate with kitchen staff to meet daily operational goals
- support the team in executing menu items efficiently
