Known for its innovative approach, each Puttery location offers immersive, themed mini golf courses, expertly curated cocktails, and chef-inspired menus. This unique combination produces an experience that is as competitive as it is social, making Puttery a go-to spot for friends and families looking to enjoy an energetic and entertaining atmosphere. The company has successfully redefined social connections by blending play, style, and hospitality into a seamless, unforgettable experience where every visit feels like a celebration.
At Puttery, like its vibrant atmosphere, the kitchen is a hub of action and creativity. They are currently seeking a Prep Cook to join their dynamic culinary team. The Prep Cook role is essential for the smooth and efficient operation of the kitchen, tasked with preparing ingredients and key menu components according to company standards and recipes. This role demands a high level of organization, cleanliness, and attention to detail to ensure that all stations are well stocked and the workspace is clean, safe, and sanitary. The Prep Cook supports the entire kitchen team by ensuring timely and quality food preparation, which directly contributes to the overall exceptional guest experience.
The position is a part of a fast-paced, collaborative team environment where adaptability and stamina are important. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the kitchen operates efficiently, supporting the preparation process from ingredient chopping and portioning to proper food storage. Communication with management and team members about supplies and equipment needs is a key responsibility, as is maintaining health and safety protocols consistently. This role occasionally involves assisting with the training of new kitchen team members, requiring a willingness to share knowledge and support team development.
Puttery offers a competitive pay rate starting at $21 per hour, reflecting its commitment to hiring skilled and dedicated staff. Candidates interested in this position should expect to work varied shifts that may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays, adapting to the needs of the business. Working conditions typically include a high-energy kitchen environment with exposure to heat and humidity, necessitating physical stamina for standing, walking, lifting, and frequent handwashing throughout the shift.
Joining Puttery means becoming part of a company that values inclusivity and equal employment opportunities. The organization is dedicated to preventing discrimination and harassment in all forms and fosters a respectful, equitable, and inclusive workplace environment. This commitment ensures all team members feel valued and empowered to contribute to the company’s ongoing success and innovative culture.
