Job Requirements

  • Experience in upscale and high-volume restaurants
  • Ability to move and lift up to 25 lbs
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • Ability to maintain a professional appearance and wear a clean uniform
  • Strong passion and dedication to food and hospitality
  • Ability to work well in a systems-driven environment
  • Ability to adapt and follow company policies and values

Job Duties

  • Assist and follow the direction of the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs in daily prep and service
  • Ensure quality of product in preparation
  • Complete tasks in an efficient and timely manner
  • Follow recipes and chef's direction on all menu items
  • Strive to uphold excellence in food quality and performance
  • Communicate clearly with Sous Chefs and kitchen staff
  • Prep and cook while working smart, clean, organized, and calculate
  • Maintain an organized work station and shared storage facilities
  • Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following sanitation standards, complying with health and legal regulations and maintaining security systems
  • Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor at all times in a fast-paced environment
