Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • prepare ingredients for cooking including chopping, slicing, and dicing vegetables and fruits

  • maintain cleanliness and organization of prep station
  • assist with inventory management and stock rotation
  • ensure quality control of prep work to meet standards
  • collaborate with kitchen staff to support smooth service
