Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in a kitchen environment
ability to stand for extended periods
good manual dexterity
knowledge of food safety standards
ability to follow recipes and instructions
capability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

experience as a prep cook or in a similar role
knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen safety practices
ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately
strong attention to detail

Job Duties

prepare ingredients for cooking including chopping, slicing, and dicing vegetables and fruits
measure and portion food items according to recipes
follow recipes and safety standards precisely
maintain cleanliness and organization of prep station
assist with inventory management and stock rotation
ensure quality control of prep work to meet standards
collaborate with kitchen staff to support smooth service
