Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • able to reach bend squat push pull and lift up to 50 lbs for short distances
  • must have strong communication skills
  • capable of multitasking in fast paced environment
  • able to work independently and as part of a team
  • physical ability to meet job demands including working in elevated air temperature

Job Duties

  • Arrive on time in full uniform ready to work
  • collaborate with BOH and FOH team members to meet guest needs promptly
  • adhere to food handling procedures and maintain sanitation standards
  • prepare food items according to recipe specifications and production guidelines
  • communicate effectively with team members and management
  • maintain a neat organized work environment including sweeping and mopping
  • ensure kitchen tools and equipment are in working order report issues
  • complete end of shift duties ensuring workstations are stocked for next shift
  • follow health and safety standards including proper use of personal protective equipment
  • notify management of issues or concerns immediately
