Previous experience in food preparation or kitchen environment
Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Job Duties

Prepare ingredients for cooking including chopping vegetables and marinating meats
Ensure kitchen stations are stocked and organized
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in compliance with food safety standards
Support line cooks and chefs with prep work as needed
Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies
Follow all health and safety regulations
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely food preparation
