- Prepare soups, sauces, pasta, and lasagna according to established recipes and standards

- ensure cleanliness and organization of the prep area before, during, and after shifts
- assist in inventory and ingredient stock management
- support kitchen team by preparing ingredients timely for service
- maintain compliance with health regulations and company policies
- contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment
