Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
- flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- willingness to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- basic math and reading skills

Job Duties
- prepare ingredients for cooking and assembly
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen prep area
- follow all food safety and sanitation regulations
- stock kitchen and line with required items

- monitor expiration dates and rotate stock
- ensure timely completion of prep tasks
