- Prepare portions and food items following recipe guidelines
- stock the alley and line with items needed to complete orders on time
- ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards to ensure guest safety
- work in a team-oriented, high-volume, fast-paced environment
- maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- assist with inventory management and restocking
- adhere to all company policies and procedures
