Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- able to stand for extended periods
- able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- able to follow safety and sanitation protocols
- must be able to communicate effectively in English
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in food preparation or kitchen environment is beneficial but not required
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong attention to detail
- good teamwork and communication skills
Job Duties
- follow established food safety guidelines, recipes, standards and procedures
- maintain a clean and food-safe environment
- passionately prepare, portion, and/or cook food items according to quality specifications
- assess ingredients and items for freshness and quality
- rotate product appropriately
- be a team player
