By joining Olive Garden as a prep cook, you become part of a family that values your contribution towards creating memorable dining experiences. The company offers flexible schedules to balance personal commitments such as school and family care, competitive compensation with pay varying by location, and numerous benefits that support both your personal and professional growth. These benefits include weekly pay, free employee meals, anniversary pay, paid sick leave, paid family and medical leave, medical and dental insurance, and a 401(k) savings plan with company match after one year of service. Olive Garden also provides ongoing training to help build critical skills for current and future roles, and management career advancement opportunities, with more than half of managers promoted from hourly positions.
At Olive Garden, you are not just taking a job; you are joining a team where you are treated like family. The company is dedicated to maintaining high standards in food preparation and safety while fostering an inclusive workplace where each team member can thrive. If you're passionate about cooking authentic Italian dishes and are committed to excellence in both food quality and customer service, Olive Garden offers an outstanding opportunity to develop your culinary career and be part of a winning family.
