Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a pitmaster, meat cutter, line cook, expediter, prep cook, or fry/salad chef
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Positive attitude and commitment to guest service
  • Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
  • Physical ability to perform bending, lifting, reaching, and standing for long periods

Job Duties

  • Coordinate and organize preparation of scratch-made food items according to recipes and standards
  • Ensure proper measurements and ingredients are used
  • Maintain food quality by adhering to shelf life and safety standards
  • Follow health, safety, and sanitation procedures rigorously
  • Clean as you go and keep the workspace organized
  • Assist in transporting kitchen items and stock weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Stand for extended periods while fulfilling duties
