Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience as a prep cook or in a similar kitchen role preferred
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- physical stamina for standing and moving in a fast-paced kitchen
- strong communication skills
- ability to follow directions accurately

Job Duties

- ensure timely preparation of ingredients to meet service deadlines
- handle kitchen equipment properly and safely
