Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Must be able to stand for extended periods
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Must pass food safety training and certification
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Willingness to comply with all safety and sanitation regulations

Job Qualifications

Prior experience in a similar kitchen or food preparation role preferred
Knowledge of safe food handling practices
Ability to follow recipes and cooking instructions accurately
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness

Job Duties

Following established food safety guidelines, recipes, standards and procedures
Maintaining a clean and food-safe environment
Passionately preparing, portioning, and/or cooking food items according to quality specifications
Assessing ingredients and items for freshness and quality, rotating product appropriately
Being a team player
