Job Duties
- Wash, peel, chop, and portion vegetables, fruits, and proteins according to kitchen standards
- Prepare sauces, dressings, and other basic components as directed
- Assist with stock rotation and ingredient inventory management
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep areas and storage
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures diligently
- Support chefs and line cooks by ensuring timely prep of ingredients
- Assist with receiving and storing deliveries as needed
- Wash and season sushi rice
- Clean various fish and seafood
- Adhere to all kitchen safety and hygiene protocols
