- Hold a culinary school degree or equivalent training in the art of the culinary craft
- Possess a minimum of one year of experience working in a high volume kitchen on a cruise ship, at a hotel, or in a fast paced restaurant environment
- Possess a strong command of the English language, both in verbal and written forms

- Showcase a range of cooking techniques including roasting, broiling, sautéing, frying, grilling, pastry baking, sauce creation, and cold food preparation
- Demonstrate ability to upscale a recipe from serving 8 to catering for 64, 128, or 256 guests
- Display perfection in presentation and taste in every plated dish
- Possess a strong command of the English language, both in verbal and written forms
Job Duties
- Collaborate with your team to ensure the delivery of dishes of impeccable quality
- Ensure all food preparation adheres to the highest standards, following established recipes and methods that result in unforgettable dining experiences
- Maintain an organized and efficient production flow within the kitchen environment, skillfully adapting to menu changes to ensure seamless operations
- Conduct rigorous food handling checks and follow comprehensive training to guarantee the highest levels of safety and sanitation standards are met
