Employees also enjoy medical and dental insurance, free employee meals with a limited menu, discounts on various products such as cellphones, travel, and electronics, and a 401(k) savings plan with company match after one year of service. These perks, alongside ongoing training and management career advancement opportunities, make Olive Garden an inviting and supportive workplace.

Joining Olive Garden means becoming part of a welcoming family where employee growth, health, safety, and satisfaction are top priorities.
