Biga on the Banks is a well-established restaurant located in Downtown San Antonio, boasting over 25 years of culinary excellence and a strong reputation for delivering quality dining experiences. Biga is currently hiring for all culinary positions including banquet cooks, line cooks, and prep cooks. The roles are available both part-time and full-time, providing flexible opportunities for individuals seeking to grow their culinary careers. The positions vary in pay, with PM Grill cooks starting at $18 per hour, PM Pantry cooks starting at $17 per hour, and PM Saute cooks starting at $18 per hour. Additionally, the base pay ranges from $15 to $23 per hour, with full-time roles offering time and a half overtime opportunities. Biga seeks candidates who have an eagerness to learn, develop their food knowledge, and maintain a positive attitude within the team. Experience in a restaurant setting or culinary education is preferred for most back-of-house roles.
