The brewery not only serves as a hub for beer enthusiasts but also as a vibrant community spot where excellent food enhances the overall customer experience. The company prides itself on maintaining the highest standards in both its brewing processes and kitchen operations, creating an inviting atmosphere for guests and team members alike.
The role of Prep and Line Cook at this brewery is multifaceted and essential to the successful execution of the kitchen's daily functions as well as aiding brewing operations. The Prep and Line Cook will be expected to work collaboratively with the kitchen and brewery teams to maintain a clean and organized workspace that meets health and safety standards. The role requires availability for regular shifts, primarily on Friday evenings, with a willingness to expand availability to additional days such as Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sunday brunch by mid to late 2025.
