Job Duties

  • Prep all food products according to Metro Diner recipes
  • Use a variety of processes, equipment, and utensils for food preparation
  • Maintain clean and organized food preparation stations
  • Follow standard portion sizes, cooking methods, and quality standards
  • Ensure refrigerators, freezers, and dry storage areas are organized, sealed, labeled, and dated
  • Monitor inventory and inform Kitchen Manager of shortages
  • Comply with kitchen policies and procedures
