Job Duties
- Prep all food products according to Metro Diner recipes using various processes, equipment, and utensils
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work station and kitchen area
- Ensure refrigerators, freezers, and dry storage are organized, sealed, labeled, and dated properly
- Comply with standard portion sizes, cooking methods, and quality standards
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to Kitchen Manager
- Correct any prepping errors professionally
- Follow kitchen policies and procedures consistently
