Job Duties

  • Prep all food products according to Metro Diner recipes using various processes, equipment, and utensils
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work station and kitchen area
  • Ensure refrigerators, freezers, and dry storage are organized, sealed, labeled, and dated properly
  • Comply with standard portion sizes, cooking methods, and quality standards
  • Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to Kitchen Manager
  • Correct any prepping errors professionally
  • Follow kitchen policies and procedures consistently
