Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two to four years of experience in a high-end, fast paced club, restaurant, or catering environment
- Proactive and self-motivated work ethic
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Punctual and dependable
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills
- Fluency in English
- Physical ability to stand, walk long distances, lift 30 pounds, kneel and bend
- Compliance with local health and alcohol service regulations
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Must have two to four years working in a fast paced, high-end club, restaurant or catering location
- High school diploma, some college preferred
- Must be proactive, self-motivated, organized and able to prioritize
- Must be detail oriented
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to change quickly
- Must be punctual and dependable
- Must be able to read and maintain information
- Must perform simple mathematical calculations
- Must speak, read, write and understand English
- Ability to act quickly within production and service time frames
- Must maintain personal hygiene and well-groomed appearance
- Ability to walk long distances and stand for extended periods
- Must be able to stand, kneel, lift up to 30 pounds, carry items, push carts, walk at a fast pace, and bend down
Job Duties
- Supervises and coordinates activities of stand workers in the VIP area
- Oversees and participates in stand set-up and closing procedures including counting inventory, prep, and cleaning
- Ensures all work stations remain clean and sufficiently stocked
- Orders replacement stock from runners as necessary
- Completes paperwork efficiently and accurately
- Ensures employees adhere to alcohol policies
- Manages staff to ensure food preparation meets Legends and board of health guidelines
- Fills any position in the location as needed
- Works with stand personnel to count ending inventory, clean equipment, and organize stock at closing
- Operates POS system including voids and credit card issues
- Inputs daily event sheets and reports
- Coordinates with customer service to improve guest experience
- Conducts inventory at assigned locations
- Manages schedules and posts changes
- Maintains friendly, positive, and professional demeanor
- Interacts with guests and staff to ensure satisfaction
- Provides personal service and attention to detail
- Maintains clean, neat, and safe work areas
- Assures compliance with company standards, inventory, and cash control
- Works as a team with service departments
- Adapts to flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Complies with state and local health requirements for food and alcohol service
