Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two to four years of experience in a high-end, fast paced club, restaurant, or catering environment
  • Proactive and self-motivated work ethic
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Punctual and dependable
  • Basic literacy and numeracy skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Physical ability to stand, walk long distances, lift 30 pounds, kneel and bend
  • Compliance with local health and alcohol service regulations
  • Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Must have two to four years working in a fast paced, high-end club, restaurant or catering location
  • High school diploma, some college preferred
  • Must be proactive, self-motivated, organized and able to prioritize
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to change quickly
  • Must be punctual and dependable
  • Must be able to read and maintain information
  • Must perform simple mathematical calculations
  • Must speak, read, write and understand English
  • Ability to act quickly within production and service time frames
  • Must maintain personal hygiene and well-groomed appearance
  • Ability to walk long distances and stand for extended periods
  • Must be able to stand, kneel, lift up to 30 pounds, carry items, push carts, walk at a fast pace, and bend down

Job Duties

  • Supervises and coordinates activities of stand workers in the VIP area
  • Oversees and participates in stand set-up and closing procedures including counting inventory, prep, and cleaning
  • Ensures all work stations remain clean and sufficiently stocked
  • Orders replacement stock from runners as necessary
  • Completes paperwork efficiently and accurately
  • Ensures employees adhere to alcohol policies
  • Manages staff to ensure food preparation meets Legends and board of health guidelines
  • Fills any position in the location as needed
  • Works with stand personnel to count ending inventory, clean equipment, and organize stock at closing
  • Operates POS system including voids and credit card issues
  • Inputs daily event sheets and reports
  • Coordinates with customer service to improve guest experience
  • Conducts inventory at assigned locations
  • Manages schedules and posts changes
  • Maintains friendly, positive, and professional demeanor
  • Interacts with guests and staff to ensure satisfaction
  • Provides personal service and attention to detail
  • Maintains clean, neat, and safe work areas
  • Assures compliance with company standards, inventory, and cash control
  • Works as a team with service departments
  • Adapts to flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Complies with state and local health requirements for food and alcohol service
