The agency’s commitment to innovation and quality service defines its reputation in the marketplace as a leader in the global brand management and hospitality sector.

The role of Stand Supervisor at Legends Global involves overseeing and coordinating the activities of stand workers within the VIP area, ensuring that all operational tasks are executed efficiently and to the highest standards. Closing duties include collaborating with stand personnel to count ending inventory accurately, clean all equipment thoroughly, and organize stock for subsequent events.

This role demands proficiency with the Point of Sale (POS) system, including handling voids, credit card issues, and closing procedures. The Stand Supervisor also plays a key role in inputting daily event sheets and reports, working alongside the customer service department to enhance service quality. The position requires conducting inventory tasks at assigned locations, managing scheduling for assigned areas, and maintaining a professional, positive demeanor at all times.

Effective communication skills are necessary for interacting with guests and staff to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction. A thorough understanding of the food and beverage menu, specials, and available services is critical to provide guests with exceptional personal service that consistently exceeds expectations. The role also involves maintaining a clean, neat, and safe work area, adhering strictly to company service standards, inventory control, and cash management procedures.

The Supervisor must work collaboratively with other associates and service departments within the venue, demonstrating the ability to adapt to changing service demands and schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays. The role requires meeting state and local health requirements for food handlers and alcoholic beverage service, underlining the importance of compliance and safety at all times.

The pay range for this position is $23 to $26 per hour, reflecting the responsibility and expertise required for the role.
