Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two to four years of experience in hospitality management or similar fast-paced environment
- Valid Pennsylvania RAMP certification
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must comply with state and local health regulations for food and beverage services
- Physically able to perform tasks including standing, lifting, and walking for extended periods
- Must maintain personal hygiene and professional appearance
- Ability to manage inventory and complete paperwork accurately
- Proficiency with POS systems
- Must be punctual and dependable.
Job Qualifications
- Two to four years experience in a fast-paced, high-end club, restaurant, or catering location
- High school diploma, some college preferred
- Proactive and self-motivated
- Organized and able to prioritize
- Detail oriented
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly
- Punctual and dependable
- Able to read and maintain information
- Performs simple mathematical calculations
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Ability to move quickly and meet production and service time frames
- Maintains personal hygiene and professional appearance
- Ability to stand, kneel, lift up to 30 pounds, carry items, push carts, walk at a fast pace, and bend
- Knowledgeable of POS systems and inventory control
- Pennsylvania RAMP certification.
Job Duties
- Supervises and coordinates activities of stand workers in the VIP area
- Oversees and participates in stand set-up and closing procedures including counting inventory, prep, and cleaning
- Ensures work stations remain clean and sufficiently stocked
- Orders replacement stock from runners as necessary
- Completes required paperwork accurately and efficiently
- Ensures all employees adhere to alcohol policies
- Manages staff to ensure food preparation meets guidelines set by Legends and the board of health
- Fills any position as needed within the location
- Works with stand personnel to count ending inventory and organize stock for following events
- Operates POS system including voids, credit card issues, and closing procedures
- Inputs daily event sheets and reports
- Collaborates with customer service department to improve service
- Handles inventory at assigned locations
- Manages schedules and posts changes
- Maintains friendly, professional demeanor
- Interacts effectively with guests and staff to ensure satisfaction
- Maintains knowledge of food and beverage menu and venue layout
- Provides personal service exceeding guest expectations
- Maintains clean and safe work area
- Ensures compliance with company standards, inventory and cash control
- Works flexibly including nights, weekends, holidays
- Meets health requirements for food handlers and alcohol services
- Follows and encourages safety policies and procedures
- Reports safety incidents promptly.
