The role of the Premium Supervisor at Nu Stadium involves overseeing all food service and hospitality operations for premium areas during events. Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of previous hospitality and high-volume dining experience
  • Knowledge of food and wine
  • Basic knowledge of cost control measures
  • Ability to problem-solve in fast-paced environments
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Standing and walking for entire shift
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of previous hospitality and high-volume dining experience required
  • Strong knowledge of food and wine
  • Basic knowledge of cost control measures and profit and loss statements
  • Ability to problem-solve and operate in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
  • No college degree required

Job Duties

  • Oversee inventory and estimates of food and beverage costs
  • Schedule all front-of-house premium team members for events
  • Assist with the hiring, training, and development of premium team members
  • Review financial information and monitor budgets to ensure efficient operations
  • Inspect dining areas, kitchen, and storage areas to ensure that health and safety regulations are adhered to
