The role of the Premium Supervisor at Miami Freedom Park is vital to ensuring that all food service and hospitality operations run smoothly and efficiently. This position requires the supervisor to oversee inventory management and estimate food and beverage costs, schedule front-of-house premium team members for various events, assist with hiring and training new team members, and monitor budgets by reviewing financial information. Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of previous hospitality and high-volume dining experience
- Strong knowledge of food and wine
- Basic knowledge of cost control measures and profit and loss statements
- Ability to problem-solve and operate in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
- No college degree required
- Standing and walking for the entire length of the shift
- Ability to lift to 50 pounds

Job Duties
- Oversee inventory and estimates of food and beverage costs
