Additional benefits include access to comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans, a 401(k) plan with company match, paid vacation days, paid parental bonding leave, and tuition or professional certification reimbursement. The company encourages ongoing training and development, employee discounts, and provides an employee assistance program to support overall well-being.
