With a strong foundation built on over 300 years of combined leadership experience in sales, sponsorships, analytics, hospitality, and operations, Legends Global is committed to delivering exceptional service and innovative solutions that drive success for their partners. Their approach integrates Global Planning, Global Sales, and Hospitality services to create a seamless 360-degree experience that is tailored to each client’s unique needs. This company prides itself on its people — their expertise and passion serve as the intellectual property that fuels the growth and excellence of the organization.
The role of a Stand Supervisor within Legends Global offers an engaging and dynamic opportunity to oversee and coordinate the activities of stand workers in the VIP area during events. This position is responsible for managing all aspects of stand operations including set-up, inventory management, food and beverage preparation, compliance with health and alcohol policies, and closing procedures. The Stand Supervisor must ensure all work stations remain clean, well-stocked, and operate efficiently to deliver an outstanding guest experience. Additionally, this role requires hands-on participation in operational tasks such as counting inventory, prepping supplies, and cleaning, while also managing administrative duties like completing paperwork accurately and enforcing company policies. A comprehensive understanding of all stand positions and the ability to fill in various roles as needed is essential to maintain smooth operations.
In this pivotal position, the Stand Supervisor works closely with customer service teams to drive improvements in service quality and guest satisfaction. Knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems including handling voids, credit card issues, and closing procedures is critical, alongside the ability to input daily event sheets and reports. The role demands strong leadership skills to manage staff schedules, ensure adherence to food safety guidelines set by Legends and health authorities, and maintain a professional, friendly atmosphere at all times. Flexibility in working hours is required to meet service demands including weekends, holidays, days, and nights. The Supervisor must be proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining calm under pressure while providing unmatched personal service to guests. The physical demands include standing, walking long distances, lifting up to 30 pounds, and performing tasks that require bending and kneeling.
This employment opportunity offers a chance to work in a vibrant, fast-paced, and high-end environment that values professionalism, excellence, and teamwork. Legends Global is committed to equal employment opportunities and encourages qualified candidates to apply regardless of race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin, disability, or genetics. As a reputable employer, they uphold all federal employment laws and promote a safe workplace through ongoing training and incident reporting. This role not only represents a career advancement in hospitality management but also a chance to be part of a globally respected leader in event solutions and brand experiences.
