The role advertised is for a part-time Stand Supervisor in the VIP Area, offering $23 to $25 per hour. This position demands a detail-oriented and proactive leader responsible for supervising and coordinating activities of stand workers, ensuring quality food and beverage service, maintaining compliance with company and health standards, managing inventory, and delivering extraordinary guest experiences. The supervisor oversees stand set-up and closing procedures, including inventory counting, cleaning, and restocking. Mastery of the POS system and daily reporting are crucial to the role, alongside managing schedules and handling any operational issues promptly.
The Stand Supervisor must foster a professional, friendly atmosphere while ensuring a safe, clean, and well-organized work environment. Strong knowledge of food and beverage menus, venue layout, and alcohol service policies is essential to meet and exceed guest expectations. The role involves collaborating closely with the customer service department and other venue teams to continuously improve service quality. Flexibility is required to work varying hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, adapting swiftly to changing service demands.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two to four years of relevant experience in food and beverage or hospitality
- Ability to understand and enforce alcohol policies
- Knowledge of POS system operations including voids, credit card issues, and closing procedures
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage schedules and conduct inventory
- Must meet state and local health requirements for food handlers and alcoholic beverage services
- Capacity to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform manual tasks
- Proactive and able to work under pressure
- Detail oriented and organized
- Must speak, read, write, and understand English
- Must maintain professional appearance and demeanor
Job Qualifications
- Must have two to four years experience in a fast-paced, high-end club, restaurant, or catering location
- High school diploma, some college preferred

Job Duties
- Supervises and coordinates activities of stand workers in the VIP area
- Oversees and participates in stand set-up and closing procedures such as counting inventory, prep, cleaning
- Ensures all work stations remain clean and sufficiently stocked
- Orders replacement stock from runners as necessary
- Completes required paperwork accurately and efficiently
- Ensures employees adhere to alcohol policies
- Manages staff to ensure food preparation meets company and health guidelines
- Performs inventory at assigned locations
- Handles schedules, makes changes, prints and posts them
- Works closely with customer service to improve service
- Maintains friendly, positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times
- Interacts with guests and staff to ensure guest satisfaction
- Demonstrates extensive knowledge of food and beverage menu, specials, and services
- Maintains a clean, neat, and safe work area
- Assures compliance with company service standards, inventory, and cash control procedures
- Works as a team with other associates and service departments
- Works flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
