Job Description

Aramark is a global leader in food service, facilities management, and uniform services, proudly serving millions of guests daily across 15 countries. Rooted deeply in a mission of service and unified by a shared purpose, Aramark focuses on delivering exceptional experiences to its clients, partners, and communities while simultaneously fostering an inclusive and supportive workplace for its employees. Known for its commitment to equal employment opportunities, Aramark ensures all employees are respected and valued regardless of race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex, gender identity, or any other protected characteristics. This ethos underscores the company’s dedication to fairness, diversity, and community impact.

Within this vast and dynamic organization, Aramark manages premium services for a variety of venues, including Coors Field, the home stadium of the MLB Colorado Rockies in Denver, Colorado. At Coors Field, Aramark operates with a focus on delivering white-glove, five-star customer experiences for top-tier guests and clients. The company invests in detailed attention to customer service and operational excellence to ensure every interaction and service within the ballpark meets the highest standards.

The Premium Bartender role at Coors Field is a key position within Aramark's food and beverage team, tasked with preparing and serving a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to guests’ requests. This role demands precision in mixing cocktails, pouring wine and beer, and handling monetary transactions responsibly, all while adhering to established alcohol service policies and safety regulations. Premium Bartenders are expected to set up and maintain clean and sanitized workstations, manage inventory levels, and deliver excellent customer service by anticipating guest needs and ensuring overall satisfaction.

The role requires an individual with strong communication skills who can work independently yet effectively collaborate with team members and supervisors. Because Coors Field hosts numerous events, including evenings, holidays, and special occasions, availability for various shifts and overtime when needed is important. The role is seasonal, part-time, unionized, and hourly, with an hourly pay rate fixed at $16.27. As a Premium Bartender, you will be part of a team that not only serves beverages but also creates memorable experiences for patrons who expect unparalleled service standards in a vibrant stadium environment.

Aramark provides comprehensive benefits to its eligible employees, including medical, dental, vision coverage, work/life balance resources, retirement savings plans such as 401(k), and paid leave options like parental leave and disability coverage. These benefits vary according to location and eligibility but reflect Aramark’s holistic commitment to supporting the well-being and long-term growth of its workforce.

Joining Aramark as a Premium Bartender at Coors Field offers an excellent opportunity to develop your hospitality skills in a lively and fast-paced sports venue setting. It is a role suited for those passionate about customer service, capable of managing responsibilities independently, and interested in being part of a unionized workforce within a major league sports environment. The position not only enhances your professional portfolio with valuable bartending experience but also provides the chance to be part of a renowned company that values ethical employment practices, employee development, and community impact.
