Founded in 2015, Oak View Group has quickly grown into a dominant force within the live entertainment sector by serving a prestigious collection of seven world-class venues and managing a client roster that includes iconic arenas, stadiums, convention centers, music festivals, performing arts centers, and cultural institutions across four continents. This international presence and dedication to excellence have positioned OVG as a cutting-edge innovator shaping the future of live entertainment through its exceptional service models and infrastructure projects.
The Premium Services Manager role at Oak View Group is a vital leadership position based at Blue Arena and The Ranch Events Complex. This role is full-time and offers a competitive annual salary range of $65,000 to $70,000. The Premium Services Manager is tasked with providing leadership, operational management, and support for the premium and catering services offered to guests and clients during events held within these venues. A key focus is ensuring that all premium and catered events run smoothly from inception through execution to post-event follow-up, guaranteeing an exceptional hospitality experience reflective of OVG's high standards.
The responsibilities of this role are manifold, requiring coordination of staffing, inventory management, training, and client communications, as well as financial oversight related to budgets, projections, and profitability. The Premium Services Manager works closely with part-time staff and a Catering Manager to maintain service quality and operational efficiency. This individual must excel in managing a fast-paced, dynamic environment while embodying professionalism and hospitality excellence. The role demands strong interpersonal skills for interacting with diverse guests, vendors, clients, and internal teams, along with the ability to enforce company policy and compliance, particularly with alcohol service regulations.
Furthermore, the Premium Services Manager is responsible for fostering a positive work environment by mentoring and developing hourly employees and volunteers, ensuring a clean and safe workplace, and driving continuous improvement in service standards. Familiarity with event management software and point-of-sale systems is essential for logistical and technical support during events. The position also plays a critical part in financial stewardship by analyzing labor costs, controlling expenses, and contributing to revenue optimization strategies.
Joining Oak View Group means becoming part of a company that values diversity and inclusion as fundamental components to its innovation and success. OVG is committed to creating a workplace that reflects and celebrates the diverse communities it serves globally, making it a rewarding environment for professionals passionate about delivering superior live entertainment experiences. The role is open until October 16, 2026, offering a unique opportunity to be a part of an industry-leading organization paying close attention to service excellence, operational efficiency, and inclusive culture.
