Currently, VENU is seeking a Seasonal Premium Services Specialist for the 2026 Event Season. This role is essential in providing elevated guest experiences to premium ticket holders, VIP clients, and special event attendees. As a Seasonal Premium Services Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of premium service offerings that include seat upgrades, VIP access, and exclusive hospitality experiences. The role demands a high level of attention to detail, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced event environment, and a passion for creating personalized and memorable experiences for guests. You will act as the primary point of contact for premium guests during events, ensuring seamless service from arrival to departure, and collaborating closely with internal teams such as ticketing, operations, food and beverage, and security to ensure smooth event execution. This position offers hourly pay in the range of $18.00 to $21.00 and requires a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays according to the event calendar. Working on-site provides an immersive experience within VENU's hospitality and entertainment settings, allowing you to develop your skills in a vibrant and professional environment where delivering the ultimate fan and artist experience is a top priority.

Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must be able to perform the essential physical functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Must be able to perform physical activities such as standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, navigating stairs, reaching with hands and arms, and using fingers and wrists for extended periods up to 8-10 hours per shift
  • Must be able to communicate effectively, including speaking and hearing
  • Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays based on event calendar
  • Reliable and accountable with a high degree of pride in work delivered
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Job Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in hospitality, guest services, premium sales, or event operations
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-first mindset
  • Ability to multitask and remain composed in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Professional demeanor with the ability to interact with high-profile clientele
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems such as AXS or Ticketmaster is a plus
  • Experience working in live events, sports, entertainment, or fine dining environments
  • Knowledge of premium seating products, hospitality packages, and VIP services
  • Sales or upselling experience related to upgrades or premium offerings
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite

Job Duties

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for premium ticket holders, VIP guests, and hospitality clients during events
  • Execute premium service offerings including seat upgrades, VIP access, and exclusive experiences
  • Coordinate pre-event planning logistics for premium areas such as suites, clubs, lounges, and reserved seating
  • Ensure all premium spaces are set up to brand and service standards prior to guest arrival
  • Greet and assist VIP guests, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience from arrival through departure
  • Manage and resolve guest concerns in real-time with professionalism and discretion
  • Collaborate with internal teams including ticketing, operations, food and beverage, and security to ensure smooth event execution
