Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must be able to perform the essential physical functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Must be able to perform physical activities such as standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, navigating stairs, reaching with hands and arms, and using fingers and wrists for extended periods up to 8-10 hours per shift
  • Must be able to communicate effectively, including speaking and hearing
  • Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays based on event calendar
  • Reliable and accountable with a high degree of pride in work delivered
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Job Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in hospitality, guest services, premium sales, or event operations
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-first mindset
  • Ability to multitask and remain composed in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Professional demeanor with the ability to interact with high-profile clientele
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems such as AXS or Ticketmaster is a plus
  • Experience working in live events, sports, entertainment, or fine dining environments
  • Knowledge of premium seating products, hospitality packages, and VIP services
  • Sales or upselling experience related to upgrades or premium offerings
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite

Job Duties

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for premium ticket holders, VIP guests, and hospitality clients during events
  • Execute premium service offerings including seat upgrades, VIP access, and exclusive experiences
  • Coordinate pre-event planning logistics for premium areas such as suites, clubs, lounges, and reserved seating
  • Ensure all premium spaces are set up to brand and service standards prior to guest arrival
  • Greet and assist VIP guests, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience from arrival through departure
  • Manage and resolve guest concerns in real-time with professionalism and discretion
  • Collaborate with internal teams including ticketing, operations, food and beverage, and security to ensure smooth event execution
