They also manage mobility rentals, including strollers, wheelchairs, and electronic vehicles, ensuring items are clean and instructions are clearly communicated. Additionally, the role requires assisting guests with retail sales through operating point-of-sale registers or handheld devices. The Fast Lane service aspect involves helping guests purchase and understand how to use the Fast Lane system effectively. Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Certified in TABC and food handling (certification provided by the park)
- Enthusiastic and actively involved
- Strong communication skills for engaging with groups
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking
- Capability to operate a point-of-sale register
Job Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years old
- Hold TABC and food handling certification (provided and paid by the park)
- Demonstrate a high level of enthusiasm and involvement
- Communicate effectively with large groups of guests
- Be available to work flexible hours including weekends and most holidays
- Have ability to read, write, and speak effectively

Job Duties
- Lead VIP guided tours sharing park knowledge and facilitating ride and meal access
- Host and entertain guests in the VIP lounge delivering an elevated experience
- Rent strollers, wheelchairs, and electronic vehicles ensuring cleanliness and operating procedures explanation
- Operate point-of-sale registers or handheld devices for retail sales
- Assist guests with purchasing and using the Fast Lane system
- Maintain a clean and safe retail space for guests
- Perform all other duties necessary to support park operations
