The Premium Server role at Legends Global embodies the company’s commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences within the premium hospitality segments of the arena at ONT Field. This part-time, non-exempt position reports directly to the Food & Beverage Manager and offers competitive pay at $21.40 per hour. Importantly, employment at ONT Field requires membership in a union represented by Unite Here Local 11, emphasizing collective support and engagement among employees.

As a Premium Server, your primary responsibility is to provide seamless, elevated service to suite holders, VIP guests, and premium hospitality clients during live events. The role demands a polished and professional demeanor, combined with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to operate with precision under dynamic conditions. You will be an integral part of the on-site hospitality team, supporting everything from pre-event setup to in-seat and suite service, while managing guest interactions tactfully and efficiently.

The position is heavily service-oriented and demands a strong operational focus. Your ability to anticipate guest needs, communicate effectively with kitchen, bar, and supervisory staff, and adapt swiftly to real-time challenges will directly impact the premium client experience. Experience in hospitality environments such as hotels, luxury events, private clubs, or fine dining establishments is highly valued, providing a foundation for excelling in this role. The expectation is that the Premium Server will thrive in a high-energy atmosphere with a collaborative mindset, embracing flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.

Beyond event days, responsibilities include the thorough preparation, stocking, and breakdown of premium service areas, maintaining cleanliness, organization, and adherence to company standards throughout the event. This holistic involvement helps sustain the high level of service expected by Legends Global’s partners and guests. The role demands physical stamina, as server duties involve lifting weights from 20 to 50 pounds, extensive walking, and standing for prolonged periods. Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in hospitality, catering, premium dining, hotel banquet service, or upscale food and beverage operations preferred
  • Previous experience in sports and entertainment venues, luxury hospitality, or VIP service environments strongly preferred
  • Highschool diploma or GED
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Basic math and cash handling experience
  • Must be flexible, have a sense of urgency, be able to respond quickly and resourcefully to internal and external issues
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to take tasks that are not clearly defined and appropriately define problem, propose and implement solutions
  • Daily lifting and carrying up to 20-50 lbs. up to 10 minutes at a time
  • Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in hospitality, catering, premium dining, hotel banquet service, or upscale food and beverage operations preferred
  • Previous experience in sports and entertainment venues, luxury hospitality, or VIP service environments strongly preferred
  • Highschool diploma or GED
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Basic math and cash handling experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to take tasks that are not clearly defined and appropriately define problem, propose and implement solutions
  • Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Valid food handler’s card and TIPS certification

Job Duties

  • Provide exceptional food and beverage service to suite holders, VIP guests, and premium hospitality clients during events
  • Prepare suites, lounges, and premium areas before guest arrival, ensuring cleanliness, presentation standards, and service readiness
  • Accurately deliver food and beverage orders in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of menu offerings, ingredients, specialty items, and beverage selections
  • Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests, concerns, or service recovery situations
  • Assist with stocking, replenishment, and breakdown of premium service areas before, during, and after events
  • Ensure all premium spaces maintain cleanliness, organization, and appearance standards throughout events
