Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- associate's degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience
- minimum of 3-5 years of progressive culinary leadership experience
- demonstrated ability to work in high-volume, fast-paced environments
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- proficiency with inventory and ordering systems
- flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and during special events
- ability to stand for extended periods
- commitment to maintaining high standards under pressure
Job Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent professional culinary experience
- progressive culinary leadership experience preferably in premium catering, upscale hospitality, or luxury foodservice
- proven success in high-volume, complex operations ideally within arenas, stadiums, convention centers, hotels, or large event venues
- catering and event-driven service experience
- comprehensive knowledge of culinary trends, premium ingredients, modern techniques, and refined presentation
- strong understanding of food cost controls, labor management, production planning, and operational efficiency
- experience supervising and mentoring hourly culinary associates
- proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook, and email
- willingness to engage in client relations and guest satisfaction programs
- ServSafe certification highly desirable
Job Duties
- Partner closely with the Executive Chef to lead daily premium culinary operations ensuring quality, consistency, and presentation
- develop, test, and execute innovative high-end menus tailored to premium guests and VIP clientele
- oversee planning and execution of premium catering events including large-scale arena activations and private events
- maintain meticulous attention to detail in food preparation, plating, and service execution across multiple premium outlets
- support food cost management through inventory controls, waste reduction, ordering, and recipe adherence while preserving product integrity
- train, coach, and supervise culinary team members fostering craftsmanship, accountability, and continuous improvement
- demonstrate resilience and adaptability during high-volume, high-pressure service windows
- ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and HACCP standards
- collaborate with company culinary and marketing teams to roll out new premium culinary programs and guest-facing experiences
- actively participate in client and guest satisfaction initiatives responding to feedback and elevating premium experience
