The company owns and operates seven world-class venues and provides services to an impressive client roster that includes some of the most iconic arenas, stadiums, convention centers, music festivals, performing arts centers, and cultural institutions across four continents. OVG’s commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences and innovative entertainment solutions makes it a premier destination for world-class events and live performances.
As a Premium Runner at PeoplesBank Arena, you will play a vital role in delivering elevated service to our premium guests in exclusive Suites, Clubs, Loges, and Restaurants. This opportunity invites you to be part of a dynamic, energetic team dedicated to excellence in hospitality and service. Working in a fast-paced, vibrant environment, you will ensure that every guest receives timely, accurate, and professional service, enhancing their overall event experience. The Premium Runner position is invaluable in supporting front-of-house operations by maintaining clean and organized premium spaces, replenishing supplies, and collaborating closely with servers, kitchen staff, and supervisors to uphold high standards of service.
This role is compensated at an hourly wage of $16.94 and is tip eligible, which allows you to earn additional income based on your service excellence. The part-time status of this position also comes with valuable benefits including a 401(k) savings plan and company matching, underlining OVG’s investment in the long-term well-being and development of its employees.
The Premium Runner is expected to possess strong communication skills and a guest-first attitude, thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, and be physically comfortable with the demands of walking, standing, lifting, and bending during shifts. Prior experience in events or live arena food and beverage service is a distinctive advantage.
