The Premium Manager role at LIV Golf is a critical leadership position responsible for managing and executing all service delivery within these premium hospitality settings. This is a hands-on role requiring a passionate and skilled leader who drives the customer experience from start to finish. The Premium Manager oversees everything from staffing and training to service execution and guest interaction management in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and consistency under pressure are essential. The position demands a presence on the floor during events, leading teams through high-volume service with energy, polish, and an acute eye for detail.

Reporting directly to key LIV Golf leadership, the Premium Manager will collaborate closely with culinary teams and event operations to ensure synchronization of food service and hospitality standards. A significant responsibility includes the planning phase where the Premium Manager participates in pre-event meetings to align with clients' expectations and internal goals. During event days, they ensure that service flows seamlessly across all premium venues and coordinate logistics pertaining to setup and breakdown.

This role is full-time and comes with a competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $110,000, plus eligibility for performance-based bonuses. The position requires availability for travel to approximately 10 events per year, including multi-day pre-event setups, the event itself, and post-event breakdown. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5-7+ years of experience in premium hospitality, live events, or high-end service environments
  • Current food safety certification as required by jurisdiction
  • Alcohol service certification as required by jurisdiction
  • Ability to travel for events approximately 10 times per year
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedule
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

Job Qualifications

  • 5-7+ years of experience in premium hospitality, live events, or high-end service environments
  • Proven ability to lead teams in fast-paced, high-volume settings where execution matters
  • Strong instincts for guest experience and what great service actually looks like in real time
  • Experience working in event-based operations, including staffing, logistics, and setup/flow
  • Comfortable managing schedules, costs, and event planning tools/proformas
  • Hands-on leader who is present, engaged, and leads from the floor, not just behind the scenes
  • Comfortable working outdoors and in varying weather conditions
  • Flexible and ready to work extended, event-driven schedules, including travel
  • Current food safety certification as required by jurisdiction
  • Alcohol service certification as required by jurisdiction

Job Duties

  • Lead all premium hospitality operations during event build, execution, and breakdown
  • Responsible for premium hospitality planning during pre-event meetings with clients and internal leadership staff
  • Oversee service delivery across clubs, suites, VIP spaces, catering, and premium environments
  • Ensure seamless execution and consistent service across all premium touchpoints
  • Design and oversee setup, service flow, and breakdown of all premium areas, including smallwares and light equipment
  • Maintain a strong, visible presence on the floor, leading teams through high-volume service
  • Work collaboratively with LIV Golf leadership team to ensure high level execution of events
