The company proudly operates in iconic locations such as sports arenas, national parks, casinos, hotels, and retail spaces around the world, offering unique career opportunities for individuals seeking to enter or advance within the hospitality industry.
Currently, Delaware North Sportservice is recruiting seasonal Food Runners to join their dynamic team at Nu Stadium in Miami, Florida. Nu Stadium is a premier, state-of-the-art soccer stadium and entertainment venue set to open in 2026 as the future home of Inter Miami CF. This cutting-edge venue will host world-class soccer events, concerts, and diverse live entertainment throughout the year. Delaware North will be leading the stadium concessions and premium food and beverage services, crafting innovative culinary experiences that celebrate the vibrant culture of Miami while enhancing traditional stadium fare.
The Food Runner role is essential in ensuring that guests receive their food promptly and with the highest level of service. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking to gain experience in hospitality, particularly in a fast-paced, high-volume event environment. As a Food Runner at Nu Stadium, you will be trained and mentored to develop your skills, preparing you for future opportunities within Delaware North or the hospitality industry at large. This role is particularly well-suited for those who enjoy being active, working in teams, and delivering excellent customer service.
This is a tipped position, with an hourly wage of $17.00, excluding potential tip earnings, highlighting the opportunity for competitive compensation based on performance and customer satisfaction. Delaware North also offers a comprehensive benefits package designed to support employees' personal and professional well-being. Team members can access weekly pay, employee discounts, flexible work schedules, and training opportunities. Eligible employees may receive health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plans with a company match, paid vacation days and holidays, paid parental leave, and access to tuition or professional certification reimbursement programs.
Delaware North thrives on its commitment to diversity and inclusion, providing equal employment opportunities to all individuals regardless of their race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, national origin, age, disability status, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, or any other legally protected status. The company prides itself on creating a supportive environment where employees can thrive and contribute to delivering memorable guest experiences.
Joining Delaware North as a Food Runner means becoming part of a global legacy and a community that values teamwork, dedication, and the pursuit of excellence. Whether you are interested in starting your career in hospitality or further developing your service skills, this role provides the perfect platform. You will engage directly with guests, collaborate closely with chefs, kitchen staff, and servers, and play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of food service at one of Miami's most anticipated new venues. If you are energetic, customer-centric, and excited about working in an engaging environment, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career.
