These honors reflect the company’s outstanding culture, reliability, and commitment to its employees and customers.
At Peoples Premium Finance, the work environment is designed to balance professional growth with personal well-being. The division offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes a 401(k) retirement plan with an employer match, an employee stock purchase plan, various education assistance programs such as student loan and tuition paydown or reimbursement, paid vacation, and holidays. This robust package highlights the company’s dedication to supporting its associates' financial health, career development, and life outside of work.
The role of an administrative and operational support associate in the Premium Finance division focuses on delivering high-quality service to insurance agents and insured customers.
