The role of Server at The Armory is a part-time position offering an hourly wage of $14.25, along with tips, and flexible scheduling options to accommodate various availability including day shifts, evening shifts, nights, weekends, holidays, and Monday to Friday schedules. Servers within this dynamic venue will play a critical role in representing the Premium Experience program by engaging directly with suite holders and guests. This role demands individuals with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills who thrive in fast-paced environments. Responsibilities include welcoming guests warmly, taking accurate food and beverage orders, managing tabs, and ensuring timely and courteous delivery of these orders. The Server is also tasked with maintaining cleanliness of suite areas before, during, and after events to uphold the venue’s standards of presentation and hygiene. Success in this role requires quick adaptability, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members and managers in a large-scale venue. The Armory fosters a commitment to the health and safety of its staff and patrons, implementing consistent cleaning protocols and offering protective health measures such as readily available hand sanitizer and masks for team members. Job Requirements
- Reliable commute or planning to relocate before starting work
- US work authorization preferred

- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- able to maintain professional appearance and attire at all times
Job Qualifications
- Restaurant experience of at least 1 year preferred
- previous work experience as a host or server preferred
- professional appearance and attire required
- understanding of restaurant and venue etiquette
- experience in using point of sale, iPad based app experience preferred
- demonstrable customer-service skills
- excellent communication skills
- strong organizational skills with the ability to monitor surroundings
- good physical condition to walk and stand during entire shifts
Job Duties
- Represent and uphold a high level of standards
