We are currently seeking enthusiastic and qualified Hosts to join The Armory's Premium Experience program on a part-time basis. This role is pivotal in ensuring that guests receive a warm welcome and seamless service from the moment they arrive until they depart. Hosts act as the initial point of contact for suite holders and guests, managing reservations with a handheld iPad application, greeting visitors, organizing groups, and escorting guests to their private suites. The position requires excellent organizational skills, strong interpersonal communication, and the ability to learn quickly in a busy venue environment. A successful Host will contribute significantly to the overall guest experience by maintaining a hospitable and professional demeanor that reflects the high standards of The Armory.

The role offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $18.00 and includes flexible scheduling options to accommodate various availability preferences. Hosts must be comfortable working during day, evening, night, weekend, holiday, and on-call shifts, with a mandatory night shift requirement. Candidates should have a keen understanding of restaurant and venue etiquette, prior experience in customer service or hosting, and proficiency with technology such as iPad-based reservation systems. The physical demands of the position include the ability to stand and walk for entire shifts, ensuring Hosts can effectively navigate the venue and attend to guest needs promptly.

This role requires reliable commuting or relocation to Minneapolis, MN 55415, to support regular attendance and punctuality.
