The Premium Services Manager position is based at Chaifetz Arena in Saint Louis, Missouri, where Delaware North manages premium dining and catered events. This full-time role offers a competitive base salary ranging from $55,300 to $74,600 annually, supplemented by an annual bonus program based on both company and individual performance or an uncapped sales incentive plan based on the role. The Premium Services Manager is a hands-on, polished hospitality leader responsible for managing premium dining operations within the arena. The successful candidate will focus on ensuring exceptional guest service, the flawless execution of premium services on event days, and the smooth operation of catered events.
As a Premium Services Manager, the role demands a high level of responsibility in supervising premium service teams, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and product quality to create memorable guest experiences. The manager will play a critical role in developing and implementing operational strategies, procedures, menus, and control policies that uphold service standards and enhance staff accountability. Building and maintaining strong relationships with premium guests, internal stakeholders, and partners is key, with a professional and discreet approach to handling guest concerns.
The company values candidates with a minimum of three years of experience in premium hospitality environments, particularly within sports or entertainment venues or catering settings. Strong food knowledge and prior experience supervising service teams are essential. The ability to communicate effectively with staff, both orally and in writing, is required. The role demands flexibility to work during nights, weekends, holidays, and on major event days. While no formal degree is required, the ideal candidate embodies a passion for exceptional hospitality and operational excellence.
Delaware North champions diversity and is an equal opportunity employer, welcoming applicants from all backgrounds. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance; a 401(k) plan with company matching; paid vacation and parental leave; tuition reimbursement; and generous friends-and-family discounts at various resorts and hotels.
