The role of a Delivery Specialist at H-E-B is a dynamic position designed to ensure that customers receive the outstanding H-E-B experience wherever they are. As a Delivery Specialist, you will play a vital role in the efficient and safe retrieval, loading, and delivery of customer orders, working closely with Curbside Partners to maintain seamless operations. Responsibilities include serving as the key liaison between Curbside and Delivery Operations, ensuring collaboration and high standards are maintained. You will be responsible for handling orders carefully from pickup to delivery, engaging proactively with customers to provide exceptional service from the moment of order receipt until completion. The Delivery Specialist ensures timely and accurate deliveries, complies with all traffic laws and company policies, and maintains the cleanliness and operational integrity of delivery vehicles.
