The Premium Clubs Supervisor position at Truist Park offers a seasonal opportunity to be part of game day excitement. This role involves overseeing food service and hospitality operations within premium club areas, ensuring efficiency and outstanding guest experiences. As a Premium Clubs Supervisor, you will manage front of house team members, monitor inventories and budgetary controls related to food and beverage costs, and adhere to health and safety regulations. Additionally, this role includes training and developing team members to uphold company standards and reviewing financial information to maintain operational excellence. The position requires flexibility in work hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and event days, with compensation at $18.00 per hour.

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of previous hospitality and high-volume dining experience
  • strong knowledge of food and wine
  • basic knowledge of cost control measures and profit and loss
  • ability to problem solve and operate in a fast-paced environment
  • ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
  • no college degree required

Job Duties

  • Oversee inventory and estimates of food and beverage costs
  • oversee all front of house team members for events
  • assist with the training and development of team members to ensure all company guidelines are followed
  • review financial information and monitor budgets to ensure efficient operations
  • inspect all front of house and storage areas to ensure that all health and safety regulations are adhered to
