The Premium Club Server role is a pivotal position within Oak View Group, focusing on the delivery of high-quality food and beverage service in exclusive premium club environments. Job Requirements

1-2+ years of serving experience in hospitality or high-volume environments preferred
Experience in premium service, clubs, or events is a plus
Strong communication and guest service skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
Basic knowledge of food, beverage, and alcohol service standards
Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Able to carry heavy trays continuously throughout the day

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Anticipate guest needs and deliver personalized service
Maintain full knowledge of menus, specials, and premium offerings
Resolve guest concerns or escalate to supervisor when needed
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems
Deliver food and drinks in a timely and organized manner
Monitor guest tables and service areas continuously
Upsell premium items and specialty cocktails
Maintain cleanliness of service stations, dining areas, and side work areas
Follow all opening, mid-event, and closing side work duties
Keep work areas stocked with necessary supplies (napkins, utensils, condiments)
Follow all local and state liquor laws and responsible alcohol service practices
Work closely with bartenders, barbacks, runners, and supervisors
Support teammates to ensure overall club success
Communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment
Assist in other areas as needed during peak times
