The Premium Club Server role is a pivotal position within Oak View Group, focusing on the delivery of high-quality food and beverage service in exclusive premium club environments. Job Requirements

  • 1-2+ years of serving experience in hospitality or high-volume environments preferred
  • Experience in premium service, clubs, or events is a plus
  • Strong communication and guest service skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
  • Basic knowledge of food, beverage, and alcohol service standards
  • Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Able to carry heavy trays continuously throughout the day

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Anticipate guest needs and deliver personalized service
  • Maintain full knowledge of menus, specials, and premium offerings
  • Resolve guest concerns or escalate to supervisor when needed
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems
  • Deliver food and drinks in a timely and organized manner
  • Monitor guest tables and service areas continuously
  • Upsell premium items and specialty cocktails
  • Maintain cleanliness of service stations, dining areas, and side work areas
  • Follow all opening, mid-event, and closing side work duties
  • Keep work areas stocked with necessary supplies (napkins, utensils, condiments)
  • Follow all local and state liquor laws and responsible alcohol service practices
  • Work closely with bartenders, barbacks, runners, and supervisors
  • Support teammates to ensure overall club success
  • Communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Assist in other areas as needed during peak times
