At Tropicana Field, we are seeking dedicated individuals to join us as Premium Club Servers. This role offers competitive wages starting at $15.00 per hour and provides excellent opportunities for professional development within a dynamic and fast-paced setting. As a Premium Club Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering a memorable experience to fans by taking and delivering food and beverage orders with efficiency and professionalism. You will be greeted warmly by guests, ensuring their needs are met while maintaining the highest standards of customer service and food safety.

This position requires a solid understanding of menu items, ingredients, specialized diets, and allergens, allowing you to advise guests on appropriate food and drink combinations. Effective communication with both guests and back-of-house staff is essential to ensure orders are accurate and special requests are accommodated. Your ability to work collaboratively with other departments, maintain a clean and safe environment, and handle cash and tickets responsibly will contribute to the seamless operation of service at Tropicana Field.

Job Duties

  • Promptly and warmly greet guests

  • promptly address complaints and relay information to supervisors

  • operate various equipment such as fire extinguishers, telephones, and beverage machines
  • collaborate with other departments during special events
