Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to stand for long periods
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- strong communication skills
- customer service experience preferred
- ability to follow food safety protocols
- availability to work evenings, weekends, and during special events
- ability to handle cash and tickets
- willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests
- take food and beverage orders efficiently following established service steps
- deliver food promptly and professionally
- maintain safe food handling and sanitation standards
- follow up periodically to assist with additional guest needs
- demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of menu items and ingredients
- advise guests on food and drink combinations and accommodate preferences
- communicate effectively with back-of-house staff to ensure correct order delivery
- handle cash and tickets following proper procedures
- promote and maintain a clean, safe, and neat environment
- promptly address complaints and relay information to supervisors
- set up and clean dining areas meeting sanitation standards
- operate various equipment such as fire extinguishers, telephones, and beverage machines
- collaborate with other departments during special events
- stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- perform other assigned duties
