Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
ability to stand for long periods
ability to lift up to 50 pounds
strong communication skills
customer service experience preferred
ability to follow food safety protocols
availability to work evenings, weekends, and during special events
ability to handle cash and tickets
willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Job Qualifications

previous experience in food and beverage service helpful but not required
effective communication skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
strong customer service orientation
ability to handle cash transactions accurately
flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends
ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
willingness to learn and work as part of a team

Job Duties

Promptly and warmly greet guests
take food and beverage orders efficiently following established service steps
deliver food promptly and professionally
maintain safe food handling and sanitation standards
follow up periodically to assist with additional guest needs
demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of menu items and ingredients
advise guests on food and drink combinations and accommodate preferences
communicate effectively with back-of-house staff to ensure correct order delivery
handle cash and tickets following proper procedures
promote and maintain a clean, safe, and neat environment
promptly address complaints and relay information to supervisors
set up and clean dining areas meeting sanitation standards
operate various equipment such as fire extinguishers, telephones, and beverage machines
collaborate with other departments during special events
stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
perform other assigned duties
