The role of Premium Club Lead Bartender at Q2 Stadium is an exciting opportunity within Levy’s premium hospitality division. As the on-shift leader for the bartending team, the Premium Club Lead Bartender supervises bar operations, ensuring smooth, efficient beverage service and adherence to company standards regarding drink preparation and alcohol service compliance. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of bartending experience
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Compliance with local alcohol service regulations
- Ability to lift moderate weights
- Successful completion of background check if applicable
Job Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience
- Leadership experience in a hospitality environment
- Knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage preparation
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to train and mentor staff

Job Duties
- Lead and support bartenders and bar support staff during events
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company recipes and standards
- Deliver exceptional guest service and create a welcoming, premium hospitality experience
- Monitor bar operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and service speed
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation and inventory counts
- Ensure bars are fully stocked, organized, and prepared for service
- Verify guest age and ensure responsible alcohol service in compliance with local and company regulations
