The role of a Club Attendant at Little Caesars Arena is integral to the successful operation of assigned luxury suites. As a Club Attendant, you will be responsible for preparing the suite for guests by ensuring all items are in place, including pre-ordered refreshments and supplies. You will actively anticipate guest needs, suggest additional menu items such as appetizers and desserts, and coordinate orders between guests and kitchen/bar staff efficiently. Your responsibilities also include ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, particularly concerning the service of alcohol, requiring vigilance in checking identification.

Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the suite throughout the event is a key duty, guaranteeing guests enjoy a pristine environment. You will also be responsible for managing any charges incurred during the event by obtaining necessary signatures from suite hosts. This role demands a high level of customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to function well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
