Currently, we are seeking seasonal Club Attendants to join our dynamic team at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit, Michigan. Little Caesars Arena, which opened its doors in 2017, is a state-of-the-art, 20,000-seat venue that proudly hosts the NHL's Detroit Red Wings and the NBA's Detroit Pistons. The role of a Club Attendant at Little Caesars Arena is integral to the successful operation of assigned luxury suites. As a Club Attendant, you will be responsible for preparing the suite for guests by ensuring all items are in place, including pre-ordered refreshments and supplies. You will actively anticipate guest needs, suggest additional menu items such as appetizers and desserts, and coordinate orders between guests and kitchen/bar staff efficiently. Your responsibilities also include ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, particularly concerning the service of alcohol, requiring vigilance in checking identification.
Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the suite throughout the event is a key duty, guaranteeing guests enjoy a pristine environment. You will also be responsible for managing any charges incurred during the event by obtaining necessary signatures from suite hosts. This role demands a high level of customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to function well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Job Requirements
- no high school diploma or GED required
- minimum of 1 year of service experience in a hotel full-service restaurant catering facility or club environment required
- previous experience as a club runner preferred
- ability to lift to 50 pounds
- ability to stand and walk for the entire length of the shift
- exposure to variable temperatures
- may be required to work in narrow spaces

- prepare the club and ensure all items are in place for guest arrival including those ordered in advance of the event
- anticipate guests' needs suggest additional items such as appetizers and desserts and communicate in-suite orders to kitchen and bar staff
- ensure all laws and regulations are being followed including checking for identification before serving alcohol
- maintain suite orderliness and cleanliness throughout the event
- obtain signatures from the suite host on any charges incurred
